• Go to Applications -> Adobe Flex Builder 2
• Right click on "Flex Builder" app
• Click "Show Package Contents"
• Browse to 'Contents->MacOS'
• Open 'FlexBuilder.ini'
• Increase values of 'Xmx' and 'Xms'
